Bar Kabawa is a daiquiri and wine bar celebrating the flavors of the Caribbean in the heart of the East Village. Drawing inspiration from Chef Paul Carmichael’s culinary journey, the menu features daiquiris, wines by the glass, and a compact menu of patties and raw bar bites. This is a place where people can relax, enjoy, and feel at home—whether you’re dropping in for a casual drink or for a gathering with friends.

  • Yes. Please alert our team of any special dietary needs you have, and they’ll be able to help identify appropriate offerings. Due to our constantly evolving menus, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes. We accept limited reservations online through OpenTable 14 days in advance. While we do offer reservations each night, we save room for walk-ins too.

  • Yes. Our corkage fee is $50 per 750ml, with a maximum of one bottle per person. Please note, we do not allow corkage for wines that appear on our list.

  • Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our restaurants. NYC gift cards are redeemable at our restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. Please note, Momofuku gift cards are not redeemable at Momofuku Las Vegas or Fuku.
