Innisfree x Momofuku Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Innisfree x Momofuku Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Momo Holdings LLC, 168 Canal St #300, New York, NY 10013 (“Sponsor” or “Momofuku”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. By entering, you are providing your information to Momofuku and not to Instagram or TikTok.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Amorepacific US, Inc. (Innisfree), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at October 20th 2025, 12:00PM ET and ends at October 23rd 2025, 11:59PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, eligible participants must complete all of the following steps to receive one (1) entry:

1. Follow both @innisfreeusa and @momofukugoods on Instagram and/or TikTok;

2. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the Giveaway Instagram Reel or TikTok video; and

3. “Like” the designated Giveaway Instagram Reel or TikTok video.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry or number of accounts used. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different accounts, identities, or other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using Instagram or TikTok, send an email during the Entry Period to giveaways@momofuku.com with the subject line “Innisfree x Momofuku Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, valid email address, and complete mailing address. Email entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about October 24th 2025, 12:00PM ET, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter, or via email if the AMOE was used. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

PRIZE

The prize(s) available to be won, along with their approximate retail value(s) (“ARV”), will be described in the Giveaway announcement on Instagram, TikTok, Sponsor’s website, or email newsletter. Prize(s) are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and cannot be challenged or appealed.

If Winner forfeits the Prize, this forfeiture will serve as complete fulfillment of the obligation by Sponsor and no additional compensation will be awarded.

Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. All federal, state, local or other taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC from Sponsor for the total ARV of the Prize (stated herein) for the Entry Period, and may also be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), IRS Form W-9, and/or any other documentation that Sponsor may require (collectively “Documentation”), within 5 days after receipt of such Documentation or you may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected from among the remaining entrants at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES). ACCEPTANCE, PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE AT THE WINNER’S SOLE RISK, AND SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or statements about the Giveaway for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

GENERAL CONDITIONS/OFFICIAL RULES

This Giveaway is subject to these General Conditions and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant: (a) agrees to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or the selection procedures or the Giveaway itself; (b) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects; and (c) attests to the provisions stated in these Official Rules and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway and the right to disqualify any entrant it finds who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway.

In the event of any irregularity, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize(s) at random from among all eligible entries received prior to the suspension or cancellation.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, or network hardware/software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Moreover, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AMOREPACIFIC US, INC. (INNISFREE), INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE, (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MISPRINTED OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS ON ANY GIVEAWAY POST), INCLUDING PARTICIPATION, ACCEPTANCE/POSSESSION AND/OR USE OR MISUSE, AND/OR DEFECT OF THE PRIZE, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE SPONSOR ENTITIES. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPONSOR ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, you hereby agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in New York, New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering into the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period.
