you may order lunch and dinner to go from ssäm bar through our easy to use and convenient online ordering system. pick-up only, 7 days a week. click here to see the menu and to order.
we also offer large to go packages for groups of 10, 15 or 20.

q: when can i pick up my lunch?
a: pick up times are set in 15 minute intervals on the order page between 11:50 am – 3:30 pm.
the time you select is the time your lunch is made available.
q: when can i pick up my dinner?
a: pick up times are set in 15 minute intervals on the order page between 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

q: where do i pick up my lunch and dinner?
a: pick up your orders at ssäm bar, please enter through the entrance on 2nd ave.
q: what if the quantity i want isn’t available?
a: we have a limited quantity of items available on a given day.
if any item or quantity is unavailable, please try for a smaller quantity or a different item.
q: do i need an account to place my order?
a: no.
q: when do i pay for my order?
a: your order is paid in full through our online system and requires your signature upon receiving your order at the restaurant.
q: can i place a repeat order for pick up on multiple days?
a: no. if you want to pick up different products on different days, please make separate orders.
q: can i add something to my order?
a: no. you must place a new order.
q: can i place an order for someone else?
a: yes.
q: can someone else pick up my order?
a: yes, but to avoid confusion, please have them bring your confirmation e-mail.
q: can i cancel my order?
a: no.
q: what if i am running late for my pick-up? what if i want to pick up my order a few hours early?
a: please call 212.254.3500. we will work to accommodate your needs.
q: what if i want a large catering order with quantities greater than what’s available?
a: please email events[at]momofuku.com.
q: do you deliver?
a: no, not yet.
q: are any of your items vegetarian friendly?
a: yes, the seasonal pickles are vegetarian.
q: where do i enter my payment information?
a: when you checkout, you will be asked to submit your credit card information.
q: can i pay with someone else’s credit card?
a: yes, but that person must be present to sign their credit card receipt upon pickup.
q: how many orders can i make per week?
a: unlimited (but you cannot combine them).
q: can i make my order by phone? by e-mail?
a: no, orders are made online only.
q: i never received my confirmation e-mail. what should I do?
a: check your junk, spam, or bulk e-mail filters.
