momofuku noodle bar was the first momofuku restaurant. it serves ramen and a roster of dishes that changes with the seasons.

noodle bar only takes reservations for the fried chicken meal for 4-8 people, and only online.

momofuku’s pork buns originated here.
the restaurant also serves tamales, slushies and soft serve.

noodle bar has retained its michelin bib gourmand award since 2008.
