our menu changes daily and with the season. we source our ingredients from local, sustainable and/or responsible farmers as often as possible. there is no dress code at any of our restaurants. all our restaurants are wheelchair accessible.
q: what kind of cuisine is it?
a: we try our best to serve delicious american food.

q: are there menu items for vegetarians (or those with other special diets)?
a: all vegetarian items are listed as such on the menu, however, we have few.
please alert your server as to any allergies or special dietary needs you may have.
q: i can’t eat gluten. can i eat at noodle bar?
a: yes, but you can’t eat our noodles or our fried chicken. we do have a few menu items with no gluten. please alert your server as to any allergies or special dietary needs you may have.
q: are there desserts available?
a: yes, we have soft serve ice cream and cake truffles from milk bar.
q: may i bring an outside cake to my fried chicken meal?
a: no, we do not allow outside food. however, if you’d like, you may pre-order a cake or pie from milk bar
(located at 251 e13th st at 2nd ave) and pick it up on your way to the restaurant. we do not allow candles.
q: do you take reservations?
a: noodle bar does not take standard reservations. we only take reservations online for the fried chicken meal for 4-8 people. for more information click here.
q: can large parties be accommodated at momofuku?
a: we won’t turn you away but be prepared to wait.
q: can i have a private party at noodle bar?
a: no. however, we have many private spaces available at ssäm bar and at má pêche.

a: yes, but you must order in person. we do not offer delivery.
