beef 7 ways is má pêche’s large format meal. it feeds 4-8 people. the meal is a traditional vietnamese celebratory feast, comprised of beef prepared seven different ways. our version will change regularly. for more menu information, click here.

q: how much is it?
a: $450 for your entire party, not including drinks, additional food ordered, tax, or gratuity. please note we only accept a maximum of four credit cards per table.
q: what are the available time slots?
a: we currently offer beef 7 ways for both lunch and dinner. for lunch, there is one available slot monday through saturday at 12 pm. there are three dinner slots, seven days a week: 6 pm, 7 pm, and 9 pm.
q: how far in advance does one have to reserve?
a: up to two weeks in advance and at least 24 hours notice for monday to friday reservations. saturday and sunday reservations close at 8 pm on thursday evenings.
q: what if i want to cancel my reservation?
a: please cancel by clicking on the cancellation link on your confirmation email. then, you will be sent a cancellation email. we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. if you cancel fewer than 24 hours in advance, or do not attend your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.
q: how many guests does it feed?
a: 4 – 8 people. we are unable to offer beef 7 ways to parties below 4 guests. if you have a party larger than 8, please consider booking the beef 7 ways prix fixe.
q: what if i need to change my party size?
a: if you’d like to change the number of guests attending, please do so by responding to your confirmation email or call the reservation hotline at 212-500-0831 and leave a message. please note, your final headcount must be made within 24 hours of your reservations.
q: can we order from the regular menu?
a: yes.
q: are there beverage pairings?
a: our service team can guide you through our beverage list for pairings.
q: are there any vegetarian alternatives to beef 7 ways?
a: no.
q: how much time does a beef 7 ways meal take?
a: depending on how you structure your meal, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.
q: can i order the meal to go?
a: no.
q: what should I do if I am running late?
a: there is a 15 minute grace period before we relinquish the table. please make sure your entire party is prompt and arrives at your reservation time. if you will be late, please call our reservation hotline 212-500-0831.
q: may i make a reservation for someone else?
a: no. the person making the reservation must attend the meal.
q: may i purchase a reservation from someone else?
a: no. the person making the reservation must attend the meal.
q: may i sell my reservation?
a: no. the person making the reservation must attend the meal.
q: how many days in the future are available for booking online?
a: our calendar always shows reservations up to two weeks in advance.
q: when is the new day available online?
a: 10:00 am.
q: how do i know what’s available?
a: green check mark = available / red “x” = taken / circle with a line through it = restaurant is closed
q: i clicked a green check but didn’t get the reservation, why?
a: reservations are given on a first come basis so you have to click fast, really fast. even if you see a green check mark you may not get the seat because someone else may grab it a split second before you.
q: why doesn’t anyone answer the phone?
a: we have a very cool voicemail system that emails your message to the appropriate person. we’ll get your message on our blackberry/email and get back to you.
q: what happens to cancellations / is there a waiting list / do you allow walk-ins?
a: canceled reservations return to the reservation system. there is no wait list and we do not allow walk-ins for beef 7 ways.
q: can i make a reservation by phone?
a: no. sorry but we only take reservations online.
q: i never received my confirmation email. what should i do?
a: check your junk, spam, or bulk e-mail filters.
q: i forgot my password.
a: click on the “forgot password” link on the reservations’ home page.
q: how many reservations can i make per week?
a: we limit reservations to two per week.
q: how do i change my password?
a: log into the system and click on the “change password” link on the lower right.
