our menu changes frequently and with the season. we source our ingredients from local, sustainable and/or responsible farmers as often as possible. there is no dress code at any of our restaurants. all our restaurants are wheelchair accessible. ko does not offer take-out, delivery or catering.

*please note that due to ko’s size and out of respect for your fellow diners, we ask that all phone calls are taken outside of the restaurant.

q: what kind of cuisine is it?
a: we try our best to serve delicious american food.


q: what’s on the menu?

a: we offer a daily tasting menu for dinner seven nights a week and a separate, longer tasting menu for lunch on fridays, saturdays and sundays. we do not offer any a la carte options but we will make accommodations for food allergies. the price of the menu is dictated by the price of ingredients.

q: i am vegetarian. can i eat at ko?
a: we currently do not serve a vegetarian or pescatarian menu. since our menu is prix fixe and we do not offer a la carte menu items, we are unable to accommodate a no meat, no fish menu at this time. apologies for any inconvenience.

q: i am gluten-free. can i eat at ko?
a: since many of our sauces and stocks contain wheat based soy we cannot serve an entirely gluten free meal. if your allergy permits you to consume soy, we are more able to accommodate. apologies for any inconvenience.

q: how much does it cost?

a: prices vary according to market availability and the current menu selected by our chef. lunch is currently $175 and dinner is currently $125.

q: how long does it take to eat at ko?
a: lunch has a larger menu than dinner and therefore requires approximately three hours to complete, dinner averages around two hours.

q: do you offer beverages?
a: yes, we offer an extensive selection of wine, sake and beer. we also have several pairing options to go with your meal.

q: are there desserts available?
a: yes. the tasting menu includes dessert.

q: why are reservations taken at ko?
a: because the menu and style of service are enhanced by set dining times.

q: may i take pictures?
a: no.

q: do you sell gift cards?
a: yes. purchase a momofuku gift card online. please note, gift cards for ko do not guarantee a reservation.

q: do you have parking?
a: there’s plenty of parking on the street or in parking garages (click here).
