eunjean grew up in seoul, south korea and seattle, and has been living in new york for 10 years. she studied photojournalism at nyu, and worked as a photo editor before joining momofuku as chef’s assistant in 2007.

lynsay grew up in las vegas, nevada. she received her ba from georgetown university, and moved to new york shortly after. she loves to eat and travel—some of her favorite destinations are tokyo, budapest, and paris. she is thrilled to be a part of the momofuku team!
