daniel felder head coach originally from roxbury, connecticut, dan has worked in restaurants since he was eighteen. while attending union college, he cooked in saratoga springs, ny where he remained until moving to the city. dan joined the momofuku team in april of 2008 and has worked at both noodle bar and ko.

veronica trevizo born in san diego, california, veronica moved to san francisco at the age of 17 and graduated from the california culinary academy. she then headed to the island of maui to work at spagos and later returned to california to work at the four seasons san diego. from there she went back to san francisco to work at restaurant jardiniere and michael minas. In 2011 she traveled all over europe and completed stages in spain and at noma in copenhagen. this year she relocated to new york to work in the momofuku test kitchen.
