ty hatfield sous chef momofuku noodle bar — ty has had a diverse career as a cook. he spent some time as a baker, volunteered as a head cook in bodh gaya, india, and worked for some of the best chefs in his hometown of minneapolis. all the while, he still dreamt of moving to the big city, so in april 2006 he moved to new york and worked at morimoto. later, he moved to cru where he held the tournant position until he arrived at momofuku noodle bar in 2009. |

sean heller sous chef momofuku noodle bar — sean heller has been working in kitchens since the bright, young age of 13. after a couple of years at susquehanna university, sean decided to move back home to rhode island and began working at the clarke cooke house. later, sean moved to boston and worked at aquitaine bistro, pigalee, and no. 9 park. sean made his most recent move 5 years ago to new york were he has worked at db bistro moderne and finally café boulud were he held the sous chef position before he packed up and traveled around italy until he arrived at momofuku noodle bar. |

jude parra-sickels sous chef momofuku noodle bar — after graduating from the university of wisconsin-madison, jude returned to his hometown of los angeles and worked in the television and film industry before deciding he wanted to cook. he got a job as a line cook at nicole’s gourmet foods then moved to nyc to attend the french culinary institute. during this time he worked at applewood in brooklyn. he joined momofuku in 2007. |

lucy collins sous chef momofuku noodle bar — after graduating from the university of south carolina, lucy moved to florence, italy, to attend apicus culinary school and cook for the restaurant olio & convivium. after a year in florence, she headed back to her hometown of charleston, south carolina, where she cooked in various restaurants. she made her way to new york city in october 2007 and has been at momofuku noodle bar since november 2007. |
