momofuku restaurant group, wine assistant
duties include but are not limited to:
-day-to-day maintenance of momofuku’s wine program
-stocking, ordering, and inventory
-assistance with all aspects of staff education: research, notes, tasting and presentation
candidates must have a basic familiarity with wine: wine regions, grapes, reading a label; know how to use ms excel, and must be available to work 15-20 hours a week. any sort of formal wine education is a plus, but not necessary.
this is a part-time position with opportunity for growth within the company.
