duties include but are not limited to:
-maintaining current beverage databases
-inventory
-communicate beverage updates to chefs and FOH team
-POS maintenance
-invoice management, including entering costs and invoices into quickbooks
-managing the bar 4-5 nights per week
-supervising prep of bar mise en place & supplies
-leading and training service team with beverage/bar items
-maintaining beverage menus, ensure accuracy of all printed and on-line menus
-ordering (spirits, wines, beers, NA bev, bar mise en place)
-executing up beverage steps of service, side work & cleaning lists
-keep all beverage infrastructure DOH compliant and maintain DOH checklist
-organize storage of beverages
