momofuku’s office is looking for a part-time intern to join our office team. our internship program provides hands-on experience with operational aspects of a restaurant group (press, events, accounting, permitting, human resources, etc).

interns must display a high level of integrity, professionalism, and drive. please specify your reasons for applying and area of interest in your cover letter. requirements include 20 hours/week commitment, for 10 consecutive weeks. please contact our internship coordinator for an example of our internship syllabus.
