q: do you ship? if so, what?
a: yes! we are currently shipping pies and cookies all over the US via fedex!
q: how far in advance must i make my order?
a: all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. we take orders up to 12 days in advance.
q: how do i place an order?
a: all orders are made online through our bakery reservation site. click here to order.
q: why are only whole pies, cakes, and cookie dozens available online?
a: our online ordering system is designed for larger-scale to-go orders. single slices of pies and cakes and orders of less than six cookies are always available for pickup at milk bar. all other goods are based on in-store availability only.
q: how do i know what’s available?
a: drop down menu = available/ red “x” = no product remains.
q: what if the quantity i want isn’t available?
a: we only allow for a certain number of goods to be reserved on each given day. in the instances your desired good or quantity is unavailable, please check another day for the products or stop by the milk bar to check for last minute in-house availability.
q: what if i need a cake, a pie, or cookies asap and it’s past the 48-hour mark?
a: please come to milk bar to check in-store availability. most times we have cakes and pies available for in-store purchase.
q: do i need an account to place my order?
a: yes, you can create an account here, or you can use an existing momofuku reservation account (i.e., the one you use for bo ssam, fried chicken, and/or ko).
q: when do i pay for my order?
a: your order is paid in full through our online system and secure payment processor.
q: when can i pick up my order?
a: you select your pickup time during checkout. currently, you may select a pickup time at milk bar east village from 10:00 am until 11:00 pm. for milk bar midtown, you may select a time between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm
q: can i place a single order for pickup on multiple days?
a: no, if you want to pick up different products on different days, please make separate orders.
q: can i change my order ship date?
a: no. we only have limited quantities of each product on any given day.
q: can i add something to my order?
a: you may either place a new order or add items upon pickup.
q: can i change my pickup order?
a: the best method would be to cancel your current order and place a new order.
q: can i change my shipping order?
a: unfortunately no. all shipping sales are final.
q: can i place an order for someone else?
a: no. the name on the credit card used for payment must match the momofuku account information.
q: can someone else pick up my order?
a: yes, but they must have a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail.
q: can i change the pickup location of my order?
a: no, if you need to change your pickup location, you must cancel your order and place a new order for the alternate pickup spot
q: i’m on the site; what’s with all of these countdowns and timeouts?
a: the milk bar reservation system checks and reserves quantities in real time. because of this, the countdowns and timeouts guarantee fair access to a given day’s product.
q: i made two or more orders for pickup on different days. can i combine my pickups?
a: no, you must pickup your order on the date specified at the time chosen.
q: what if i need to cancel my order? do you allow returns?
a: you may cancel your order by clicking cancel in your confirmation e-mail. cancellations are only allowed more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. returns and/or exchanges are not allowed for baked goods ordered online unless the reason for return relates to a defect in production and/or packaging.
shipping orders cannot be cancelled.
q: what if i am running late for my pickup? what if i want to pick up my order a few hours early?
a: please e-mail cakes@momofuku.com, and we will work with you to see what is possible.
q: can i add a message on my cake?
a: yes. please specify any script needs in the comments section during the order process. there is a 35 character maximum for 6″ cakes and a 50 character maximum for 10″ cakes.
q: what if i want a large catering order with quantities greater than what’s available?
a: please e-mail cakes@momofuku.com.
q: do you provide local, same day, delivery outside your normal shipping options?
a: not yet.
q: are any of your items nut-free?
a: yes, the items that contain nuts are marked on the menu and order page with an asterisk. all other items are nut-free.
q: where do your ingredients come from?
a: we use local farms with sustainable practices as often as possible.
q: are any of your items vegan-friendly?
a: no.

q: where do i enter my payment information?
a: when you checkout, you will be taken to our secure payment processing site where you will enter all of your information.
q: is it secure?
a: yes, both our processor authorize.net and momofuku.com use state of the art security and fraud prevention tools.
q: can i pay with someone else’s credit card?
a: no, the name of the cardholder must match the momofuku account information.
q: how many orders can i make per week?
a: unlimited (but you cannot combine them).
q: when is the new day available online?
a: 10:00 am.
q: can i use my ko, bo ssam, and fried chicken reservation account login for the bakery ordering site?
a: yes.
q: can i make my order by phone? by e-mail?
a: no, orders are made online only.
q: i never received my confirmation e-mail. what should i do?
a: check your junk, spam, or bulk e-mail filters.
q: i forgot my password
a: click on the “forgot password” link on the reservations home page.
q: how do i change my password?
a: log into the system and click on the “change password” link on the lower right.

shipping
we ship our baked goods via fedex two-day air and overnight, throughout the continental united states, hawaii, and alaska. all pies must be shipped overnight to ensure their freshness and quality upon arrival. any cookie orders that include pies will also be shipped overnight so that you receive the entirety of your order at once. the date you select for your order is the date the order will be shipped, not when it is processed or when it arrives.
we are not responsible for delays caused by fedex due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate shipping information. therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
due to the perishability of the goods shipped, fedex will not require a signature for delivery of the goods.

momofuku milk bar does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.
