q: what is a midtown lunch?
a: a midtown lunch is a $10 lunch special. all lunch orders are made online through our reservation site and are available for pick-up only. click here to order.
q: what items can be pre-ordered online for pick-up?
a: the midtown lunch menu is available for online ordering and pick up. the menu is available here.
q: how far in advance must i make my lunch order?
a: all lunch orders must be placed by 11 am on the day of pick up. the system opens for orders two weeks in advance.
q: can i place a lunch order for saturday and/or sunday?
a: the online system is for weekday lunch orders only. you can, however, order from our bar menu in person.
q: when can i pick up my lunch?
a: pick up times are set in 15 minute intervals on the order page. please note that the time you select is the time your lunch is made available.
q: where do i pick up my lunch?
a: you pick up your orders at the milk bar counter at the entrance of má pêche.
q: it’s before the order cut off time, why are there red X’s everywhere?
a: there are a limited quantity of lunches available on a given day; once we run out of a day’s number, orders can no longer be taken.
q: how do i know what’s available?
a: drop down menu = available/ red X = no product remains.
q: what if the quantity i want isn’t available?
a: we have a limited quantity of lunches available on a given day. if any item or quantity is unavailable, please try for a smaller quantity or a different item.
q: i’m hungry, and it’s past 11:00 am. is there any way to get a lunch special?
a: unfortunately, we are not currently accepting walk-in requests for our to-go lunch special. we are, however, offering our bar menu to go. please order in person.
q: do i need an account to place my order?
a: yes, you can create an account here, or you can use an existing momofuku reservation account (i.e., the one you use for bo ssam, fried chicken, and/or ko).
q: when do i pay for my order?
a: your order is paid in full through our online system and secure payment processor.
q: can i place a repeat order for pick up on multiple days?
a: no, if you want to pick up different products on different days, please make separate orders.
q: can i add something to my order?
a: no., you must place a new order.
q: can i place an order for someone else?
a: no. the name on the credit card used for payment must match the momofuku account information.
q: can someone else pick up my order?
a: yes, but they must have a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail.
q: i’m on the site; what’s with all of these countdowns and timeouts?
a: the midtown lunch system checks and reserves quantities in real time. because of this, the countdowns and timeouts guarantee fair access to a given day’s product.
q: what if i need to cancel my order?
a: you may cancel your order by clicking cancel in your confirmation e-mail. cancellations for a full refund are only allowed until 10 am on the scheduled day of pick-up.
q: what if i am running late for my pick-up? what if i want to pick up my order a few hours early?
a: please e-mail mapecheoffice@momofuku.com. we will work to accommodate your needs.
q: what if i want a large catering order with quantities greater than what’s available?
a: please e-mail events@momofuku.com.
q: do you deliver?
a: no.
q: where do your ingredients come from?
a: we use local farms with sustainable practices as often as possible.
q: are any of your items vegetarian friendly?
a: no, not currently.
q: where do i enter my payment information?
a: when you checkout, you will be taken to our payment processing site where you will enter all of your information.
q: is it secure?
a: yes, our processor uses 128-bit SSL encryption and is among the safest online processors.
q: can i pay with someone else’s credit card?
a: no, the name of the cardholder must match the momofuku account information.
q: how many orders can i make per week?
a: unlimited (but you cannot combine them).
q: when is the new day available online?
a: 10:00 am.
q: can i use my ko, bo ssam, and fried chicken reservation account logins for the midtown lunch site?
a: yes.
q: can i make my order by phone? by e-mail?
a: no, orders are made online only.
q: i never received my confirmation e-mail. what should I do?
a: check your junk, spam, or bulk e-mail filters.
q: i forgot my password
a: click on the “forgot password” link on the reservations home page.
q: how do i change my password?
a: log into the system and click on the “change password” link on the lower right.

má pêche does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

momofuku does not sell or share any information collected on our websites. we use hypertext transfer protocol secure (https) and for transaction processing we use authorize.net. we respect your right to privacy and if you have any questions about our policies or procedures in this area please do not hesitate to email us at info@momofuku.com.
