milk bar, our bakery, has four locations in new york.
booker and dax, the bar at ssäm, is open late serving drinks made with new techniques and technologies.
we try our best to serve delicious food.

we do not currently operate a sushi bar or karaoke parlor, but appreciate the inquiries.
